Someone posted a comment that the Delaware Supreme Court had recently affirmed a conviction of Ambrose Sykes, who apparently had murdered an elderly woman in Dover a few years back. I don't remember reading anything about this case in the newspaper recently and can't find anything about it online, so this is either a scoop of the entire Delaware press, or everybody is too caught up with the current political winds to care. In either case, maybe someone can provide some legal thoughts about it; it looks like it's about the death penalty to some degree. Here is the link to the
